Hi, I’m Riley!

I am a UX researcher and designer in the Boston area. I strive to provide clients and teams with the best work possible. I am passionate about solving for the customer and learning new information from research. I am skilled in usability tests, expert reviews, stakeholder interviewing, observation field studies, and surveys. I believe in mixed methods in UX and have done both qualitative and quantitative research. In 2022 I completed my Master's in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Prior to Bentley, I worked at BCG and HubSpot. I love the outdoors, I am a former athlete, and I have a lot of houseplants.
